Please read the resolution to establish HOA committees.

All residents are encouraged to participate in our community. The following committees have been formed, please find their draft charters linked.

• Architectural Review
• Communications
• Finance
• Landscaping
• Social
• Transportation

Note that this is not an all-inclusive list of possible committees – others may be formed at a later date.

The goal is to have each proposed committee consist of 3-5 people based upon the purpose of the committee as defined in the Charters. Once the resolution has been adopted, the Board will put out a call for volunteers who are interested in serving on one or more committees. The expectation is that members will make a commitment to serve on the committees for a period no less than a year, unless that committee was created to address a specific issue which is resolved in a shorter period of time.

If interested, you will be asked to submit a notice of interest in a committee which includes a brief bio (200 words or less) on what specific skills and/or background may qualify you for that particular committee. (If applying for more than one, you may include all relevant information in one bio.)

The Board will review all candidates and appoint three to five members to a committee.
